Experience
Cristina has experience in affirmative and defensive asylum applications, removal defense, and detention issues. She also has experience with family immigration cases, including complex cases involving procedural entries. Cristina is one of the extremely few paralegals in the entire country (possibly the only one in the country) who has won multiple MPP asylum cases, and has won asylum cases from Cuba, Venezuela, and Central America. Cristina has completed the AILA Paralegal Online Course, including dozens of hours of formal instruction in all areas of immigration law, including business immigration.
