Alonzo received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2016.
Alonzo earned his Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2011.
- While attending Law School, Alonzo served as a Senior Editor for the Immigration and Nationality Law Review, an internationally recognized annual law journal and one of only two major student-edited American law journals focusing on immigration law. Alonzo was also a Senior Editor for Human Rights Quarterly, a leading academic journal in the human rights field.
- Alonzo has worked in several non-for-profit family and immigration law firms. It allowed him to assist low income families and individuals by providing a holistic representation in family and immigration matters.
